Questions about payments and refunds

4. Is Sos Internet payment securised??

We have chosen to work with the payment platform PayPal. As a bank establishment based in the European Union, PayPal offers more than ten years of experience in securised online payments. PayPal encrypts and securises your bank information and never communicates them to Sos Internet.

5. Can I be refund if Sos Internet are not finally able to unsubscribe me?

Our services are garanted as “Successfull or refunded”. We commit ourselves to refund the entire ammount of any service that would not have led to a success.

6. I do not want to pay by credit card, do you have other payment possibilities?

In our website we propose two payment modes: credit card or PayPal (for clients who already have a PayPal account).

Questions about withdrawals which I am victim of

7. I am levied every month: where do these withdrawals come from? Are they a scam?

You have noticed an internet withdrawal in your bank account and you do not remember

Maybe you entered your bank information in one of these situations:

  • To subscribe a test offer at very low price in a short period (mostly dating websites…)
  • To buy a few minutes of online or phone consultation (clairvoyance websites…)
  • To pay the shipping cost for a product announced as “free” (slimming products websites as Green Coffee…)
  • To “prove” that you are over 18 (adult dating websites…)

By accepting the Terms of Use while you are buying, it is probably indicated that your aquisition will be transformed as a paying membership if you do not communicate them that you want to continue as a free member in their website.

For more advice and information, we invite you to read this post that explains how paying memberships, automatics renewals and abusive withdrawals in Internet work..

8. Can I just ask my bank to block withdrawals?

If you are levied every month, it means that you are subscribe to a service.

Therefore, you have to execute the cancellation procedures and inform the website that you don’t want to be charged any more.

Blocking withdrawals is not recommended except in particular cases (it is impossible to contact the company behind the levy…).

For more advice and information, we invite you to read this post that explains how paying memberships, automatics renewals and abusive withdrawals in Internet work..

9. Is it possible to be refunded from withdrawals?

In certains countries, the consumer code indicates that:

“In case of online purchase with a professional, you are able to retract. It is your obligation to exercise this right in certain deadlines. If you want to retract, the professional will refund you the property or service ordered.

You have a period of 14 days to change your opinion about your online purchasses.”

Please note : the website can refuse the revocation request if it considers that the provided service has been used (for example, in the case of a dating website, if the client has used the chatting/mailing service to read or send messages).

After 14 days, it is -most of the time- impossible to ask for a refund.

Sos Internet is not involved in the refund claims.

10. Why I have to pay to unsubscribe me?

Sos Internet is an independant website which is in no way related to the websites that you want to be unsubscibe of.

Thereby, our paid services ensure the sustainability of the work that Sos Internet does.

There is although no obligation of using our services to unsubscribe a membership or cancel a subscription.

I received a check in the mail today delivered by UPS, in the amount of $4850.00. I had and still have no idea what for. There is a name on the check that it came from a William Johnson, in Jackson, MS through an Online bill payment processing center and is dated 6/14/2022.

Am I right in thinking that this check has anything to do with the CHABILLERS. Should I cash it?
